Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join their multidisciplinary team. This role provides telephonic and outreach crisis intervention and evaluation services to individuals and families, aiming to divert them from emergency departments, the criminal justice system, and inpatient psychiatric treatment by maximizing community resources for stabilization. The position serves individuals with potential co-occurring disorders, who may also be homeless. The Crisis Clinician is part of the Mobile Crisis Assessment and Triage (MCAT) team and the Child, Youth, and Family Mobile Crisis (CYFMC) team, with MCAT serving individuals 21+. Responsibilities include rapid response, assessment, crisis intervention, engagement, supportive counseling, information and referral, assistance with Medicaid enrollment, linkage to resources, and coordination with substance use services for ongoing treatment and follow-up.
