This is a part-time position requiring 22.5 hours per week, with evening shifts from 4 PM to 12 AM. The role involves providing emergency crisis intervention services, patient management, documentation, pre-certification, family intervention, interdisciplinary collaboration, quality improvement, and education. The Crisis Clinician will operate as part of an interdisciplinary team in the emergency department, providing direct patient interventions and clinical care. Responsibilities also include assisting with assessments, authorizations, and discharge planning for additional Crisis sites remotely as requested, and collaborating with departmental leadership. Other tasks as required may include physical requirements as defined by Occupation Safety/OMS.
