About The Position
Provides crisis psychiatric consultation services to the Emergency Department and medical/surgical floors for patients identified as having an emergent mental health-related problem or concern. Provides coverage during evenings, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in a psychiatric/mental health field, or a Ph.D. for psychiatric clinicians.
- Required licensure or credential: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC.
- Ability to work occasional Sunday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Provide crisis psychiatric consultation services to the Emergency Department and medical/surgical floors.
