About The Position

This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after-hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.

Requirements

Clinician: Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure
Clinical Trainee: Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure

Nice To Haves

Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
Experience with telehealth
