- Must have a Masters Degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience

- 2 years of teaching experience is preferred

- Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
- Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
- Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
- Working one-on-one with students
- Assessing students and providing developmental feedback
