About The Position

The Crib Attendant maintains accurate inventory and ensures materials are available to support production operations. Daily work includes data entry, material tracking, cycle counts, and kitting jobs to meet production schedules. The role also involves organizing and relocating materials, resolving shortages, processing requisitions, and using inventory systems, scanners, and software to maintain efficiency. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and specifications help keep workflows running smoothly.

The Crib Attendant works closely with multiple departments to support teamwork, production goals, and quality standards. The role emphasizes safety, lean processes, and continuous improvement through 5S and problem-solving initiatives. It includes physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and using warehouse equipment, as well as maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. The work takes place in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.
