Crew Team Member - Lunch/Afternoon
About The Position
RC Management is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Crew Team Members to provide customer service and help meet restaurant goals. Crew members may take and prepare food and beverage orders, maintain cleanliness, stock products and supplies, and follow food and workplace safety procedures. Opportunities are available across meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. The posting notes that it does not include every responsibility or essential function of the role. This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare McDonald's food.
- Work with others to meet restaurant goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure products and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
