Crew Team Member - Lunch/Afternoon
About The Position
RC Management is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join its McDonald’s restaurant team. Crew Team Members provide customer service, take food and beverage orders, prepare food, support restaurant goals, maintain cleanliness, stock products and supplies, and follow food and workplace safety procedures. The position is identified as a lunch/afternoon opportunity. Crew opportunities are also described as potentially available during breakfast, late nights, and weekends. The posting notes that this is not a complete job description and that team members may perform other tasks and responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare McDonald’s food.
- Work with others to meet restaurant goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure products and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
