About The Position
RC Management is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Crew Team Members to serve customers and contribute to restaurant operations. The role may involve working during lunch and afternoon hours, and crew opportunities are available across breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. This position is described as a potential part-time job that can support a full-time ambition. The listed duties are not exhaustive; employees may perform other tasks and essential functions each day. The position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare McDonald's food.
- Work with others to meet restaurant goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure products and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
