About The Position
RC Management is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Crew Team Members to provide customer service and support restaurant operations. Opportunities are available for breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. This position may be suitable for someone seeking part-time work alongside other commitments. The listed pay range is $15.10 to $16.50 per hour; the actual starting rate depends on experience, availability, qualifications, and restaurant staffing needs. Crew Team Members perform a variety of tasks, and the responsibilities listed are not exhaustive. The role is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchisee, which is the employer responsible for employment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare McDonald’s food.
- Work with others to meet restaurant goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure products and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
