About The Position
RC Management is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Crew Team Members to provide customer service and help the restaurant meet its goals. This role may involve serving customers, taking orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, stocking products and supplies, and following food and workplace safety procedures. Breakfast, morning, and opening opportunities are highlighted; crew opportunities may also be available during lunch, late nights, and weekends. The role is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, which is the employer responsible for employment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare McDonald's food.
- Work with others to meet restaurant goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure products and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
