About The Position
RC Management is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Crew Team Members to provide customer service and support restaurant operations. The role may include serving customers, taking orders, preparing food, working with a team, maintaining cleanliness, stocking products and supplies, and following food and workplace safety procedures. The posting describes opportunities across breakfast, lunch, late-night, and weekend shifts, and notes that the responsibilities listed are not exhaustive. This position is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchisee; the franchisee is the employer and is responsible for employment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Prepare McDonald’s food.
- Work with others to meet restaurant goals.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure products and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
