Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old for Crew Member positions.
• Crew Members must be able to remain active on their feet for extended periods and be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Taking orders and helping customers choose their favorite meals
• Preparing McDonald's menu items according to food safety and quality standards
• Working with Crew Members and Managers to meet daily restaurant goals
• Keeping work areas, dining areas, and the restaurant clean and welcoming
• Following safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
• Learning new skills and taking advantage of opportunities to grow
