The work environment is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift, with the ability to multitask under pressure. This role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll lead the guest experience by checking in with guests and making sure their visit meets or exceeds their expectations, serve fresh food fast by preparing and presenting food quickly while ensuring the best quality, provide the greatest guest experience by helping maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment, and understand that teamwork is the key ingredient to achieve more when working hand in hand to meet goals and have fun.

Responsibilities

Work a wide variety of stations and positions within the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, dining room, and production (kitchen) area.
Perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, which can include, but are not limited to, cleaning the restrooms, sweeping, mopping, doing dishes, and emptying trash.
