About The Position

The Crew Superintendent oversees daily jobsite operations for seed and grain industry projects across the United States. The role ensures jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, quality standards, project schedules, and labor budgets. It includes planning construction activities, manpower, equipment, and materials; supervising crews and subcontractors; coordinating with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and customers; monitoring project progress; resolving issues; and managing project closeout.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of agricultural construction experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience in crew management, project planning, and jobsite execution.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Advanced safety and construction training preferred.
