The Crew Services Supervisor must have a detailed working knowledge of the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s), Crew Member Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), Allegiant crew scheduling procedures and policies, excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and the ability to work with all levels of management. This role requires a professional demeanor with the ability to function in a high stress environment and the availability to work varying shift work including graveyards, weekends and holidays. The supervisor must possess strong leadership skills to support the Crew Scheduling team and OCC environment, with a complete understanding of the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s). The ability to work independently, problem solve, and think outside of the box is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is required, along with experience in tracking, trending, and reporting data to leadership and other business partners. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English, are a requirement of the job to ensure safety and interact with internal customers. The role may require travel.
