About The Position

Cascade KB LLC, a local independently owned, and operated franchise of Killer Burger, is seeking Crew Members to craft high-quality Burgers and create a World-Class guest experience. Killer Burger is an oasis from the world, a food sanctuary dedicated to serving big, juicy, over-the-top hand-built burgers, each one topped with bacon and paired with a side of crispy fries. Founded in 2010, Killer Burger has grown to multiple locations and is known for its award-winning burgers made with the best ingredients. Responsibilities

Learn and master all crew workstations & shifts in the restaurant: Prep, Grill, Build, Expo, Front of House, & Register stations; Opening & Closing shifts.
Meet or exceed performance standards for each position.
Make all customers feel they are your #1 priority.
Prepare recipes according to company procedures.
Cook food on the grill line to order.
Work as a cashier: handling cash, using a Point of Sale System.
Clean: floors, surfaces, bathrooms, coolers, employee areas, etc.
Make eye contact & greet customers in a clear, gracious way.
Ensure customers know what we offer and what they want.
Ask customers if they are happy with their order and thank them when they leave.
Know what we sell, how we make it, the substitutions available & our prices.
Be on time, leave troubles at the door, and work hard with a smile.
Show a sense of urgency: move quickly & with purpose.
Communicate with your crew in a respectful, upbeat, considerate manner.
