About The Position

Domino’s is hiring Crew Members to prepare pizza and provide customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role is suited to people with an engaging personality, strong people skills, and high energy. Team members may have opportunities to grow into management; promotions to Assistant Manager are bonus eligible. The position may suit someone seeking a main job, extra work, or additional income. Walk-in interviews are held at Domino’s Store #4196 every Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and every Thursday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. No appointment or invitation is needed; interviews are first-come, first-served.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Be able to comprehend and provide correct written instructions.
Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Have good customer service skills and effective service recovery skills.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to lift 20 pounds without assistance.
Have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
Speak, read, and write English proficiently.
Approve a pre-employment background check.
Be able to stand and walk for long periods during a shift.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders and take orders in person.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders.
Provide customer service and effective service recovery.
Make accurate monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
