About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring Crew Members to prepare high-quality sub sandwiches and help provide customers with a welcoming, exceptional experience. The role is suited to people who enjoy interacting with others and working in a lively, team-oriented environment. Employees are expected to support the company’s community-minded culture and pursue personal and professional growth through training and development.

Base pay begins at $12 per hour. The listed pay of $14 per hour includes gratuities collected per shift and distributed at the end of each pay period based on total hours worked. Jersey Mike’s restaurants are independently owned franchises, and wage and benefit programs vary by franchisee.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old to operate the slicer.
• ServeSafe Food Handler certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Commitment to company goals and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• One year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience preferred.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Desire to improve personal skills.
