About The Position

Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Requirements

Fluent in English
Basic computer skills
Capable of counting money and making change
Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
Work well and interact with others respectfully
Understand and exceed guest expectations, needs and requirements
Develop and maintain guest relationships
Display a sense of urgency with guests
Seek ways to improve guest satisfaction; ask questions, commit to follow-through
Resolve guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process
