Crew Member (Yonkers-Central Park Ave)
About The Position
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain work experience across multiple departments while building skills in customer service, safety management, and effective communication. Available opportunities include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales. An application is required, but prior work experience is not required. Crew Members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues and are expected to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
