About The Position
Team Duck is hiring customer service representatives for a new Harrisburg location. Crew Members serve customers and perform general store duties. Full-time and part-time work are available, with opportunities to grow into management and potentially other roles. The position may be a main job, a hobby, or supplemental work. The job involves operating store equipment, stocking and preparing ingredients and products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. It also requires frequent physical activity, including bending, reaching, and continuous hand use.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Customer service skills and a personable approach.
- Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Perform frequent bending, reaching, and hand tasks as needed for pizza assembly, stocking, cleaning, and customer service.
