About The Position

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking Crew Members to prepare high-quality subs, maintain a clean restaurant, and provide customers with an exceptional experience. The role involves working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment while demonstrating urgency, accountability, and a commitment to the company’s goals. Crew Members are expected to participate in Jersey Mike’s training programs and contribute to a positive, community-oriented workplace.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Food Handler certification (Serve Safe).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to meet schedule requirements and perform reliably.
• Commitment to improving oneself and developing skills.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge, and an awesome personality.

Nice To Haves

• One year of quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience preferred.
