About The Position

The Cinnabon Crew Member is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing fresh, high-quality bakery products and providing friendly, efficient service. From taking orders to baking world-famous cinnamon rolls, you'll help create a clean, welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Whether you're greeting guests with a smile, frosting warm cinnamon rolls, or keeping the bakery looking its best, you'll play an important role in the success of every shift. This position requires a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule that includes days, afternoons, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with guests and fellow team members.
  • Stand and walk for 4 to 8 hour shifts.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.
  • Operate a computerized point-of-sale system.
  • Perform routine cleaning, stocking, and food preparation duties.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant, bakery, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
  • A passion for providing outstanding hospitality and quality food.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Outstanding Guest Service: Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take guest orders accurately and efficiently. Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions. Create a positive experience that encourages guests to return.
  • Prepare Fresh Bakery Products: Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to company recipes and quality standards. Complete food preparation assignments accurately and efficiently. Maintain proper portion sizes and product presentation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
  • Support Daily Operations: Operate the cash register and accurately process guest payments. Balance the cash drawer and complete end-of-shift cash procedures. Keep displays stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Restock supplies throughout the shift to maintain smooth operations. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a Clean & Safe Environment: Keep counters, equipment, tables, beverage stations, floors, windows, and guest areas clean and organized. Assist with cleaning restrooms as assigned. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain a professional appearance and clean work area throughout every shift.
