Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Comfortable operating a computerized cash register.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
- Respectful of guests and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
- Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Take guest orders accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Prepare Cinnabon products according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Complete hot and cold food preparation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.
- Restock supplies to ensure products remain available throughout the shift.
- Keep counters, display cases, beverage stations, dining areas, windows, floors, and restrooms clean and inviting.
- Maintain clean and organized display equipment throughout the day.
- Count and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Follow all company policies, recipes, portion standards, and operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Coffee Cup and Cinnabon with pride.
- Display a positive, enthusiastic attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
