About The Position

Tropical Smoothie Café is seeking a Crew Member to welcome customers and contribute to a lively café environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest service, sharing accurate information about products, preparing orders, and supporting teamwork while upholding the café’s product and service standards. Crew Members are expected to follow food-preparation instructions and safety precautions, participate in training, and reliably meet scheduling requirements. The position may involve working 20–40 hours per week.

• Follow instructions and safety precautions when preparing food and smoothies.
• Participate in Tropical Smoothie Café training programs.
• Meet schedule requirements and perform reliably.
