About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Crew Leader to lead daily operations, support crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team while helping drive success on every job site.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of landscaping or related industry experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to work hands-on with the crew
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn English

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate landscaping crew members
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work orders are completed on time
• Operate and oversee trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards (OSHA)
• Load, unload, transport, and organize job materials and equipment
• Monitor work quality and productivity on job sites
• Report progress, maintenance issues, and safety concerns to management
• Interact professionally with clients when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
