About The Position

Bowhead seeks a Crew Force Management Professional to support the SBIRS Operations Support contract at Buckley SFB, CO. This role involves serving as a subject matter expert on the MAJCOM approved database (PEX), aiding in the development of local guidance for tracking crewmember certification, currency, and training, and assisting training flight personnel with policies and procedures. The professional will develop training entries for approximately 350 operators to track CT, AT, and DT, and perform audits to ensure operators maintain CMR status. Scheduling currency mission shifts for all operators is also a key responsibility, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited university
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Crew Force Management
• Strong writing, speaking and briefing skills
• Knowledge of Combat Mission Ready certification and instructions
• Understanding of Patriot Excalibur database
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.

Nice To Haves

• Recent operations experience in DEL 4, 710 Operations Group, 460th Operations Support Squadron, 2d Space Warning Squadron or 11th Space Warning Squadron
• Leadership position within units listed above

Responsibilities
