Creeler
About The Position
This is a temporary Creeler position with a pay rate of $15.60 per hour, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Experience is required for this role. The primary duties involve replacing empty cones with new yarn, hanging yarn on creel racks, and operating a splicer to tie synthetic tuft ends. The job requires the ability to consistently move hands, twist wrists, reach, pull, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs of yarn. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods and follow all company safety rules, training, and policies. Good work performance, good attendance (no appointments during the 90-day trial period), and reliable transportation are essential. The role also requires being a team player with equals and management. Background requirements include no harsh felonies, and the ability to be hired on permanently.
