About The Position

Uline is seeking a Credit Team Lead to manage a dedicated team of Credit Analysts supporting its North American company. The role is based at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, and is on-site. The position involves guiding and supporting the team, assisting with customer account and credit-review issues, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Four or more years of Credit or Collections experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Credit Analysts, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support.
• Resolve customer account issues and evaluate orders stopped for credit review when needed.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and communicate findings to support business decisions.
• Oversee special projects within the Credit team.
