About The Position

We’re looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual who enjoys building relationships and bringing positive energy to the team while supporting key credit department functions, including processing payments, assisting with credit applications, gathering financial information, and managing customer accounts.

Requirements

• Must be detail oriented
• Comfortable in a professional, fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking abilities and effective organizational skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Works effectively in a team setting and collaborate well with others
• 2-3 years of customer service experience (banking or finance-related field preferred but not required)

• 2-year business degree preferred but not required
