About The Position

As an Analyst in Credit Risk, you support the assessment and management of credit and counterparty risk across our businesses. You work alongside experienced risk professionals to analyze clients, industries, and transactions while building a strong foundation in credit decision-making. Together, we uphold sound, independent risk practices that enable responsible growth for the firm.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Experience building and interpreting financial models
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand, explain, and discuss complex financial concepts
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables

Nice To Haves

Exposure to credit analysis, underwriting, or risk management
Prior experience evaluating corporate or counterparty financial risk
Client-facing experience or interest in stakeholder interaction
Familiarity with credit risk frameworks or financial risk metrics
Experience working in a highly regulated or financial services environment

Responsibilities

Analyze credit risk exposure across clients, industries, geographies, and transactions
Evaluate financial statements and business models to assess creditworthiness
Support underwriting and credit approval processes in alignment with firm risk standards
Monitor existing exposures and identify emerging credit risks
Prepare clear, well-structured credit analysis and recommendations
Apply accounting and corporate finance concepts to real-world risk scenarios
Collaborate with internal partners across risk and business teams
Contribute to risk reviews and portfolio assessments
Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate complex concepts clearly through written and verbal materials
