About The Position

Buchanan Hauling & Rigging is seeking a Credit Coordinator in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers using financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
• Evaluate and monitor credit risk exposure, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Implement and enforce credit policies and procedures in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with customers to resolve billing disputes, negotiate payment terms, and establish payment plans when needed.
• Work with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address credit and collections issues.
• Review contracts and insurance to ensure requirements are met.
• Support the Claims department as a backup when needed.
