About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Credit/Collections Associate position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative duties in the credit and collections area of Drury Hotels’ trade receivables. This position maintains a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture with co-workers, vendors, and customers. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage credit and collections processes while fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Ability to take written and verbal directions and clearly speak and read English.
Ability to relate to the public and co-workers in a warm, friendly manner, contributing to a hospitable environment.
Ability to give attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as they relate to job responsibilities.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendors and service providers.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
Ability to do data entry with efficiency and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
At least 18 years of age.
