About The Position

The Accounts Receivable Credit/Collections Associate position is responsible for providing accounting and administrative duties in the credit and collections area of Drury Hotels’ trade receivables. This position maintains a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture with co-workers, vendors, and customers. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage credit and collections processes while fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ability to take written and verbal directions and clearly speak and read English.
  • Ability to relate to the public and co-workers in a warm, friendly manner, contributing to a hospitable environment.
  • Ability to give attention to detail and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Thorough knowledge of Company policies and procedures as they relate to job responsibilities.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to do data entry with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • At least 18 years of age.
