The Credit & Collections Associate is responsible for the timely collection of Customer accounts receivable and for extending credit to qualifying Customers. This role involves identifying and coordinating the resolution of issues that delay payment and monitoring/assessing credit risk. The position requires direct interaction with Customers and collaboration with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Sales Support, Service, Tax, Logistics, and Accounts Receivable.
