About The Position

Salesforce is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to manage a complex enterprise portfolio, monitor AR aging in accordance with Invoice Life Cycle Guidelines, and exercise due diligence and business judgment to evaluate a customer’s ability or willingness to pay. This role involves partnering with internal teams to drive process improvements, facilitate contract/invoice adjustments, and resolve account issues. The analyst will also participate in ongoing policy development and required trailheads.

Requirements

  • Professional-level fluency in SPANISH is REQUIRED.
  • 2+ years of professional collections experience with a proven track record in a management or leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage diverse customer and internal stakeholder interactions.
  • Ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate on complex account resolutions, process improvements, and contract adjustments.
