Credit Clerk
About The Position
Reporting to the Credit Supervisor, this role involves embodying Four Rivers Co-operative values: Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence. The Credit Clerk will work co-operatively with team members to deliver legendary service, making all guests of the Co-op feel “at home here.” The position also involves promoting Co-op brand values: Locally Invested, Community-Minded, and Lifetime Membership Benefits. Key duties include processing, filing, A/R statements, reconciliations, reviewing inactive accounts, conducting data entry, and adhering to all credit policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
- Team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
- Ability to work as a team member and take such training as is appropriate and available
- Appropriate computer skills and technical knowledge
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
- Experience in a similar position
