About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ credit vetting experience across consumer and business customers
  • Strong understanding of credit management principles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify trends, assess risk, and solve problems effectively
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure in a remote environment
  • Grade 12 – Essential

Nice To Haves

  • Tertiary qualification in Credit Management or similar – advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Credit vet new and existing customers in line with company policy
  • Identify and manage fraudulent applications and risk factors
  • Apply credit risk management principles and Stage Zero vetting procedures
  • Attend to debit order mandate queries, agreements, and related tickets
  • Handle customer banking detail queries and ticket resolutions
  • Ensure accurate processing and high levels of customer satisfaction
