About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ credit vetting experience across consumer and business customers
- Strong understanding of credit management principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify trends, assess risk, and solve problems effectively
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure in a remote environment
- Grade 12 – Essential
Nice To Haves
- Tertiary qualification in Credit Management or similar – advantageous
Responsibilities
- Credit vet new and existing customers in line with company policy
- Identify and manage fraudulent applications and risk factors
- Apply credit risk management principles and Stage Zero vetting procedures
- Attend to debit order mandate queries, agreements, and related tickets
- Handle customer banking detail queries and ticket resolutions
- Ensure accurate processing and high levels of customer satisfaction
