About The Position

The Credit Card Servicing Associate will assist with operational tasks to support the credit card program, particularly with business and commercial customers. This position is in a small department and will work alongside a handful of peers who each generally have individually assigned duties along with overlapping responsibilities. The Credit Card Department manages all aspects of the Credit Card Program either directly or indirectly; therefore, duties may shift or be expanded based on the needs of the department.

Requirements

• Previous operational experience preferred, especially in banking or credit cards
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word required
• Ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to Multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to Work Independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to Problem Solve and identify root causes

Responsibilities

• Completing setup of new customers and assisting with onboarding as necessary
• Handling account maintenance
• Assisting with Business and Commercial Cards, including customer interaction
• Researching payment, authorization or transaction activity and assisting with fraud oversight
• Monitoring various work queues/escalation requests from Customer Service & Other Departments
• Answering internal support hotline & departmental mailbox
• Other duties as assigned
