About The Position

This role involves managing credit and accounts receivable functions, including evaluating new customer credit applications, conducting financial analysis, monitoring customer credit exposure, and managing accounts receivable records. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in Korean is essential for this role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in AR and Credit Analysis
Proficiency in both English and Korean (written and verbal).
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate new customer credit applications and recommend appropriate credit limits.
Conduct financial statement analysis and credit risk assessments.
Monitor customer credit exposure and payment trends.
Recommend adjustments to credit limits based on financial performance and payment history.
Support bad debt reserve analysis and credit loss assessments.
Monitor customer accounts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
Prepare and review AR aging reports.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues promptly.
Coordinate with Sales to resolve past due accounts and invoice disputes.
Contact customers regarding overdue invoices.
Prepare monthly AR related reports for upper management.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
