Throughout the program, you’ll build expertise in: Financial Analysis & Underwriting, Credit Risk Assessment, Portfolio Management, Deal Execution Support, Governance, Compliance & Documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on relationship building and customer satisfaction.
  • For Credit Qualifiable roles: must meet required credit qualifications, including relevant portfolio knowledge and skills per established standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preference for Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Equivalent experience or related disciplines considered.
  • Technical proficiency developed through education and/or professional experience.
  • Intermediate Proficiency: Problem solving, collaboration, and attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking and credit risk assessment
  • Loan structuring, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance
  • Banking operations and Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Proficiency: Data analysis tools
  • Financial analysis

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Banking experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze & Advise: Assess financials, trends, and credit risk, Evaluate repayment capacity and structure financing solutions, Build models and prepare credit recommendations
  • Manage Risk: Monitor portfolios for risk changes, Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, Mitigate risk to protect assets
  • Support Deals & Growth: Assist with new, renewal, and extension loans, Support deal structuring and negotiations, Partner with Relationship Managers to grow client relationships and revenue
