About The Position
Uline is seeking a bilingual Credit Analyst to evaluate financial data and make credit decisions supporting its U.S. and Mexico operations. The role reviews customer orders, analyzes account and payment information, supports business decisions through reporting, and helps ensure a reliable customer experience. The position is based on-site at 2200 S. Lakeside Drive, Waukegan, Illinois.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Nice To Haves
- A focus in Finance or Accounting.
- Two or more years of experience in credit, customer service, or collections.
Responsibilities
- Review a high volume of daily customer orders for Uline’s U.S. and Mexico operations and analyze account history, credit reports, and payment trends to determine credit limits.
- Provide customer service by phone and email regarding credit decisions and account inquiries.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership to support business decisions.
- Evaluate high-risk or potentially fraudulent order activity and take appropriate action.
