About The Position

Commercial Credit Group Inc. (CCG), an independent national commercial equipment finance and leasing company, is hiring a Credit Analyst for its Williamsville, NY office. The company focuses on purchase money and refinance transactions in the construction, fleet transportation, waste/environmental, and machine tool industries. CCG evaluates borrowers based on character, collateral, and cash flow, and may lend when a bank or captive lender will not. The position provides visibility and interaction with senior management and offers career advancement. The Credit Analyst analyzes and structures transactions, coordinates with marketing, customers, and vendors, and oversees documentation, funding, and post-funding compliance. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
3–5 years of credit experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
Ability to read and spread financial statements.

Nice To Haves

Commercial finance underwriting experience.
Experience recommending or approving loans for small to medium-sized businesses.
Equipment finance experience in the construction and transportation industries.
Bilingual ability.

Responsibilities

Analyze, structure, and recommend new business transactions.
Perform financial statement and collateral analysis.
