Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and assess risk factors
  • Attention to detail for identifying discrepancies and ensuring precision
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating
  • Problem-solving abilities for navigating challenges and making informed recommendations
  • Keen understanding of financial principles
  • Proactive approach to learning
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • College degree with a major or minor in accounting or finance

Nice To Haves

  • Some tax education or experience
  • CPA Certificate preferred but not required
  • College students graduating in May 2026 may also apply

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing credit applications
  • Reviewing financial statements
  • Assessing risk factors to determine creditworthiness
  • Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
  • Collaborating with team members on lending policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Conducting client interviews to gather necessary information and clarify financial data
