Requirements

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and assess risk factors
Attention to detail for identifying discrepancies and ensuring precision
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating
Problem-solving abilities for navigating challenges and making informed recommendations
Keen understanding of financial principles
Proactive approach to learning
Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines
12 to 18 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
College degree with a major or minor in accounting or finance

Nice To Haves

Some tax education or experience
CPA Certificate preferred but not required
College students graduating in May 2026 may also apply

Responsibilities

Analyzing credit applications
Reviewing financial statements
Assessing risk factors to determine creditworthiness
Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
Collaborating with team members on lending policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with industry standards
Conducting client interviews to gather necessary information and clarify financial data
