About The Position

The Credit Analyst III is a senior individual contributor who independently underwrites complex commercial credit relationships with minimal supervision. The role evaluates repayment capacity, develops credit structures and recommendations, and monitors material credit risks across commercial real estate, operating businesses, and agricultural credits. It also serves as a technical resource, reviews analytical work, and mentors Credit Analysts I and II. This salaried, exempt position may be performed in a hybrid or in-office arrangement from the Oregon, Roscoe, Stillman Valley, or Rochelle, Illinois offices. The work is primarily in a typical office environment, with extended computer use, review of electronic and paper records, and communication with colleagues and customers. Occasional movement within the office and handling routine office materials are required. Essential functions may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. The expected hiring salary range is $70,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience. Stillman Bank offers medical, dental, vision, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, long- and short-term disability, a 401(k)/Roth retirement plan with discretionary company-paid match and profit sharing, and paid time off benefits including vacation, flex (personal) time, a paid birthday day off, paid volunteer time, and holiday pay. Waiting periods may apply.
