The Credit Analyst III is a senior individual contributor who independently underwrites complex commercial credit relationships with minimal supervision. The role evaluates repayment capacity, develops credit structures and recommendations, and monitors material credit risks across commercial real estate, operating businesses, and agricultural credits. It also serves as a technical resource, reviews analytical work, and mentors Credit Analysts I and II. Significant policy exceptions and unresolved credit concerns are escalated to the Credit Manager. Loan approval authority requires a separate written delegation. The position is hybrid or in-office, based at one of the listed Illinois offices: Oregon, Roscoe, Stillman Valley, or Rochelle. Work is performed primarily in a typical office environment and involves extended computer use, review of electronic and paper records, and communication with colleagues and customers. The role is salaried and exempt, with an expected hiring pay range of $70,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.
