The Credit Analyst III is a senior individual contributor who independently underwrites complex commercial credit relationships with minimal supervision. The role evaluates repayment capacity, develops credit structures and recommendations, and monitors material credit risks across commercial real estate, operating businesses, and agricultural credits. It also serves as a technical resource, reviews analytical work, and mentors Credit Analysts I and II. Significant policy exceptions and unresolved credit concerns are escalated to the Credit Manager. Loan approval authority requires a separate written delegation. The position is hybrid or in-office and may be based at the Oregon, Roscoe, Stillman Valley, or Rochelle, Illinois office. Work is primarily performed in a typical office environment and involves extended computer use, review of electronic and paper records, and communication with colleagues and customers. This is a salaried, exempt position. The expected hiring pay range is $70,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience.
