Requirements

  • High School degree or GED required, college experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Place outbound calls to our business partners to collect customer data
  • Support administrative duties such as address mails and mailers
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
