About The Position

The Administrative Support, Credit role is the initial point of contact and assists the credit team in the processing and data entry of customers’ finance applications. The role is responsible for the timely and accurate performance of administrative duties involving transactions, applications, and other applicable documentation.

  • Works well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints
  • Detail oriented and able to identify errors
  • Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in financial services is an asset
  • Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize and prepare transactions accurately and within established timelines
  • Input all lease/loan applications within specified key performance objectives and provide a review ready credit submission
  • Process required credit reports from credit reporting agencies
  • Follow application guidelines and ensure all outstanding lease/loan related information is collected
  • Complete and assemble credit submission packages
  • Monitor progress of lease/loan applications from submission to funding
  • Relay information to key external broker partners
  • Perform other job-related duties as required to meet organizational needs.
