About The Position

Supports the Director of Supply Chain as a senior resource responsible for advanced healthcare purchasing operations, clinical product support, data analysis, and value analysis activities. Serves as a subject matter expert in hospital supply chain operations and acts as a key liaison between Supply Chain and clinical departments.
This position functions as the secondary operational leader of the purchasing function and is responsible for supporting GPO contract management, product evaluations, data analysis, and committee coordination.
The position requires either strong hospital purchasing experience or significant acute-care clinical experience. The incumbent must be capable of interacting with physicians and clinical leadership as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: Hospital purchasing or materials management, Healthcare supply chain operations, Acute care clinical environment
• Advanced hospital purchasing experience including: Contract activation, Vendor management, Clinical product support
• Capable of interacting with physicians and clinical leadership as a subject matter expert
